By accessing or using AdsCreator (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AdsCreator. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Service Description
AdsCreator provides AI-powered ad creative generation from website URLs. Features include brand extraction, multi-format ad generation, and campaign creation. Available features may vary by subscription plan.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@adscreator.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Credits & Subscriptions
AdsCreator operates on a credit-based system. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credits do not expire. We may adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Free Trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with 10 ad generations included. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
AI-Generated Content
AdsCreator uses third-party AI services to generate ad creatives. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, artifacts, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload and ads you generate using the Service. The AdsCreator platform, brand, and technology remain our property.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AdsCreator to generate illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the platform. Sharing account credentials is prohibited.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: generate content that violates any law or regulation; upload content you do not have the right to use; circumvent usage limits or security measures; use automated tools to access the Service without authorization; or resell access to the Service.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or abusing the Service. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
