Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with AdsCreator. If it's not the right fit, here's how refunds work.
7-Day Refund Window
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription within 7 days of your first payment, including during the 7-day free trial period. No questions asked — just email us.
Full Refund
Eligible refunds are processed in full to your original payment method via Stripe. No partial deductions or hidden fees.
Subscription Refunds
Refunds are available for first-time subscriptions only, within the 7-day window. Renewals, upgrades, and downgrades are not eligible for refunds. You can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Credit Purchases
One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Partial usage makes the purchase ineligible for a refund.
Free Credits
Promotional or trial credits hold no cash value and are non-refundable. They may be revoked if your account violates our terms.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@adscreator.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
After a Refund
Your account will be downgraded to a free tier. Any ads you've already generated remain accessible, but premium features and unused credits are removed.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of policy abuse, terms violations, fraud, or chargebacks. Repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles may result in account suspension.
