When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture through Google or email sign-up. We do not receive or store passwords from OAuth providers.

Website Data

When you submit a URL for ad generation, we access publicly available information from that website including colors, images, logos, copy, and brand cues. We do not access private or authenticated areas of websites.

AI-Generated Content

Generated ads and brand assets are stored securely and remain your property. We use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services but will not use your individual content for marketing without your consent.

Payment & Billing Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your subscription status and billing history but never retain credit card numbers or CVV details.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to provide AI ad generation services, process payments, improve our offerings, send transactional emails, and provide customer support.

How We Protect Your Data

We use industry-standard encryption, secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. Stripe handles all payment processing in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with AI providers (for ad generation), Stripe (payments), cloud hosting providers, and email services as necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Generated content remains until you delete it or close your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days except where legally required. Anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

You can access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete your account, export your information, opt out of marketing emails, and object to processing. Contact support@adscreator.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
